• At La Vie MD you always speak with and see your physician (at most clinics you have to speak with different people before ever getting to the doctor)
• Your appointments are an hour long
• Your doctor is educated in holistic & allopathic medicine

Cash pay for visits only, Labs can be billed to insurance

$250 - 90 mins 1st visit, + 30 min follow up NO labs

$350- 90 min 1st visit, 30 min follow up + labs

(for patients that dont have insurance or insurance does not cover labs)

You do not need insurance to be seen at La Vie MD

IF you have insurance you may use your HSA & FSA to pay for your membership. Make sure to speak to your tax attorney about this. 

Depending on your health insurance plan you may be able to get some portion of your membership  reimbursed by your insurance company.

Please contact your insurance company to see if you can submit  a claim with them to reimburse your visit as out-of-network medical care.

La Vie MD is open from 10am-6pm. 

Tuesday - Thursday

Typical appointments at La Vie MD are 60 mins 

Initial appointments are one hour - 9- mins.

follow up appointments can be one hour to thrity minutes long.

At or before your visit you and your doctor may decide that there are labs that need to be done

We use labs that are local to you, when your results are ready you will be able to review them with your doctor and they will be available in your patient portal for reference or review

At your appointment your doctor may recommend medications. 

Your doctor will send the prescription to your local pharmacy for you. 

We take cash, stripe and HSA/FSA savings cards
